Christopher J S Brown
Christopher has more than thirty years ocean, offshore and coastal sailing experience. He has operated in the Asia Pacific region and Europe, including the Mediterranean, England and France. Christopher is a Yachting Australia examiner for New South Wales and is qualified to endorse inshore instructors and Yachtmasters. Christopher also holds internationally recognised International Yacht Training (IYT) certificates and instructor qualifications for STCW95, and Master of Yachts 200 tons (offshore). Christopher is qualified with NSW Maritime; Australia as a Master Class V and is a Yachtmaster Ocean Instructor.
Deborah Brown
Deborah has thirty years experience collectively in the travel and sailing industry and has played a major part in the development of Club Sail and the Superyacht Crew Academy in Sydney. She has extensive industry management experience including retail sales, major marketing promotional work and customer travel documentation.
Michelle Mills
Michelle has 20 years business experience in the service industry. She has been involved in a number of businesses from the incorporation to maturity in both Australia and Asia. Michelle has extensive experience in the recruitment process and on going management and development of teams within different working environments.
Founder - David Mills
David has more than twenty year’s international business experience working in Europe, the USA and Asia with major multi national manufacturing and sales organisations where he held the roles of Sales Director, Marketing Director and Managing Director. David has spent the last nine years specialising in recruitment and management consulting, including candidate selection processes and leadership training to ensure clients recruit and retain the “best people for the job”.
David is A Fellow of the Institute of Directors (UK) holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), an MBA an internationally recognised STCW95 and Master of Yachts 200 tons (Coastal) certificate and is an endorsed Yachting Australia inshore sailing instructor.
