Our candidate selection process includes the application of modern interviewing techniques to identify competencies, marine skills, personality and behaviours which are then incorporated into electronic evaluation reports or DVD for the information of owners and captains. Senior engineering and deck officers may be interviewed anywhere in the world, in real time using our state of the art video conferencing facilities.
With our association with Superyacht Crew Academy we have the ability to assess the candidate over the full training course, enabling us to identify their competencies and personality working within a team.
Comprehensive reference checks, including police checks should they be required, will be undertaken on all candidates. Our involvement continues through ongoing mentoring with crew to assist in building ongoing teamwork within the crew.
